2013 Dutchmen RV - Coleman 314BH
We love our RV its great way to be able to be outdoors but protected from the elements.
There are 3 bunks in the Bunkhouse. One is only weighted for 150 pounds. The dinette turns into a full bed which can comfortably sleep 2. The sofa can also fit 1 and the separate bedroom in front is a Queen.
*2 bunks feature new temper -pedic mattress and the Queen bed in the master.

We have ATV's which are fun to ride all summer long.We have even Full timed during Covid for 2 1/2 years! - Please be sure to only use RV or septic approved toilet paper. Which is only 2 ply. Flushing large amounts of TP results in clogs. It needs to be an amount that can be broken down in the black tank.
- If you are towing please make sure your vehicle can handle 9680lbs. We provide the hitch. If you are not sure SUVS are not capable of towing this RV. You will need a truck or ask about delivery!
- Please make sure to read the included items inside the camper. Its fully stocked. However, depending on cleaning fee you choose you will need to either bring sheets or we can provide them at cost.
- Campers are cleaned at a storage facility. Please respect our campers. Dishes and other pots and pans should be cleaned when put away. General cleaning of the rv includes wiping down surfaces.
- Delivery: Pick and drop times are subject to the time of campground.Drop off can be set at the time and check in.Check out days we need 30 prior to check out time.

The travel trailer was great. Juliana & Cameron were very easy to work with and good communication. It is very nice that the camper is very well stock with things you might forget and things you might not have thought you would need.
