- Rv must be emptied of all possessions, food, and garbage, and relatively clean.
Fuel tank will be full upon pickup or delivery. Fuel tank must be refilled to full when returned. If upon return the fuel tank is not full, you will be charged $9 per gallon for me to refuel.
