Rick was an excellent host. He sent us step by step videos to make sure we knew how to work everything on the van. He was always quick to answer any questions we had. This was our first time using a van for camping. We wanted to see if this was something we would invest in for ourselves in the future. We will definitely be buying our own van soon.
