Wire Mesa Trail

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is responsible for 1 in every 10 acres of land in the U.S.

Founded in 1946, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is an agency that's responsible for managing and conserving public lands in the United States. The BLM oversees over 245 million acres of public land across the country, including 22.8 million acres in Utah. BLM camping spots are conveniently located all over the country. Dispersed camping areas are free to stay in, while developed Bureau of Land Management campgrounds charge a small fee and have some amenities. During your RV trip, you can search "BLM camping near me" on your device to find these camping areas. In Utah, you can camp on most public lands, except in day-use areas or where prohibited to protect wildlife. Located close to Rockville, UT, the Wire Mesa Trail offers an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy hiking and mountain biking. This 7.4-mile loop is popular for its spectacular scenery, including beautiful sandstone formations and towering pinion pine trees. For RVers interested in fishing and boating, Kolob Reservoir is a good option nearby. Additionally, Zion National Park is about nine miles east of the Wire Mesa Trail.
