If traces of smoking is found in the trailer the whole security deposit will not be refunded plus the cost of replacing any and all furniture a/c unit etc.
Also please no pets unless the pet fee is paid I need to know exactly what pet is to be going.

Ammon was amazing to rent from! He delivered the RV, set everything up, and had the AC running upon our arrival! The RV was very clean and had everything my family needed. What a great trailer. We camped near Duck Creek and had no issues. Todd worked with us on the pick up and was very helpful. This is a newer unit with a great layout. Generator worked great and came full of gas.
I would recommend renting this unit!
I’ve rented some bad ones before so when I say this was a good unit, I know what I’m talking about!
