Lots of initial communication, excellent hour of practice driving instruction, valuable page of step-by-step instructions that I needed since this was my first experience with an RV. The RV was elegant and clean with first rate appliances. Furniture and bed in excellent condition. Brought our own sheets, blankets and towels because we are picky, but really did not need to. RV drove amazingly well and was extremely comfortable for a family of 80 year old urban campers. Pick up and drop off were both flexible.
