Dealing with Thayer was easy and great, straight to the point. Pick up and drop off was easy. The listing it self was a bit misleading, pictures were taken when it was new and the RV did not feel clean at all. Blinds were broken, door locks broken, shower was in bad shape, there was a distinctive smell, fridge was dirty, sofas had yoghurt all over them, sheets had stains on them.
Sorry just getting back to these messages. Edis, was an awesome renter and great to communicate with. I'm truly sorry you felt this way friend and these things got in the way of the trip. Remember this was last minute rental and we couldn't attend to any of the items above as they needed to. No excuse though, we handled them accordingly and I truly apologize friend.
We had a great trip and the motorcoach performed well. Thayer was a gracious accommodating host.
