We drove it from Madison WI to Northen WI and back. You do not want to drive it over 65, passing traffic pushes and pulls you around. The pick-up and drop off times kept changing. The unit was dropped off, no was present give you 5-10 minutes of basic info specific to this RV. Leading up to the rental I did not get a response for 2-3 days to confirm the drop off time.
The overall experience was good. The RV was in great condition except for a few minor issues that were noted by the owner beforehand and didn’t have a major impact on our trip. We had an issue with one of the stabilizer jacks but we were able to rectify it and move forward with our trip. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.
The RV itself was nice. We drove it from WI to Vegas and back.... don't recommend driving it that far though... the gas and mileage overage were a killer. The RV was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom shower is too small for an adult, but nothing you can do about that. Josh was flexible with our pick-up time, which was very nice.
We had a great trip overall in this RV. Pick-up was easy, although it would have been better to be able to go over the basics with the owner prior to leaving with the RV. There was no manual included, but I was able to get a YouTube video from the owner that explained how to do everything. I had multiple questions and the owner was quick to respond.
