- Absolutely No Smoking. Smoking in the RV will result in forfeiture of full deposit. Loss of a snap pad will result in a charge for replacement.
- RV Fuel and Propane will be full at departure and return. RV refueling will result in a $25 fee plus cost of fuel or propane.
- This RV has 7 seatbelts on board. While the RV is rated to sleep more than 7, only 7 people can be in the RV during travel. Violations of this rule will result in forfeiture of full deposit.
- RV is to be returned with basic cleaning already performed. All dishes should be washed and put away. Floors should be swept. Spills should be wiped up. Trash should be emptied.
- Black and Grey tanks should be empty upon return. A $50 fee will be charged for tanks that are not emptied prior to return.

As first timers, we were so relieved that Kyle was super communicative and helpful all along the way. Even when we had issues, he was very kind and patient, which was very much appreciated.
Kyle is a great host- knows his equipment and always has upgrades that enhance the units ease of use. Also appreciate that he thinks about my opinion of what upgrades would be useful in my travels. I hope Kyle doesn't disappear from the rental options.
