San Francisco California Class A RV Rental Reviews

Jeff was very easy to work with and had plenty of communication during the whole process. The RV was easy to drive and everything worked as it should. I would definitely rent it again

Rhonda was great to deal with through out the entire process. She made sure the Unit was well equipped and was easily reached by text if we had any questions along the way. Really good overall experience.

This was not a good experience. From start to finish the RV was a nightmare. The day of pickup she was very rushed with my husband on the orientation of the RV. She never had him test drive it before he took it home. ( however she did express on how her first trip with the Rv, they hit a low bridge and tor off both A/C units). On the way home the TV fell off the wall onto the floor and broke. Refrigerator was a bit slow to get running, when we arrived to the campsite we needed to rely on the generator, It took 3 days for it to get to 44 degrees The Air conditioner didn't work properly and didn't cool the RV down at all. When I txt Rhonda she questioned me on whether I was using it properly. She told my husband to take the cover off the generator and leave the door open, which we did not do because we feared carbon monoxide fumes. The RV furniture was stained and dirty. Coffee machine was dirty with leftover K-cup in it. We used our coffee machine. we ended up coming home a day earlier then planned. When we brought it home we washed the outside and cleaned the inside before we brought it back to Rhonda. The back up camera didn't work when we left to take it back. My husband accidentally backed the RV into one of our trailers on our property, which we opened insurance claim and will make good on our mistake. Rhonda blamed us of damaging the camera from washing the RV with power washer, then later accusing us of unplugging the camera. After we returned the RV we discovered we left some items in one of the storage compartments , My husband made arrangements with Rhonda to get them the following day when he arrived she had the RV generator running with the air on ( outside temp was 58 degrees) she repeatedly tried to convince my husband the A/C was working properly. My husband explained to her it was cold outside and where we camped at it was 95 plus, and it didn't properly cool the unit. There was no reasoning with her at that point he walked out of the RV and asked her to unlock storage to get our belongings, she refused so my husband started to call the authorities, she immediately opened the door. It now has been two days of constant harassing text messages from Rhonda, my husband went to the police department the same day explained the situation and showed them the text messages, they said to block her and screenshot the texts. This is all ridiculous , we paid in full, didn't ask for any refund and the Rv damage that we caused will be repaired. No reason for this behavior. Incidentally my husband and I have our own vacation rental and is very successful receiving all 5 star reviews. So we are No strangers to customer service. we are in our 50s and have been married for 25 years,, Stable people to say the least. Choose Wisely Please.

The best RV I had used last years. Jeremy is so kindly, and the RV has so many equipment and utensil to make a pleasant stay.
