I rented Simon for a wedding on a remote property, and the entire experience was exceptional. Steven is easily one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and most communicative hosts I’ve ever rented from. The overall experience was fantastic. This was our first experience with towing a trailer and Steven was very accomodating and patient in answering all of our questions (and making us feel at ease and confident with towing). Pick up and dropoff was fast and easy--Steven gave us a thorough walkthrough of the trailer and quickly and efficiently helped to hitch it to our car.

Steven was engaged and informative even before booking, answering questions about the size of trailer (I'm 6'-6" tall and do indeed fit inside for sleeping), the size of the roof top tent (Cal King!), and the capabilities of the trailer.

Exceptional experience, the escaepod is practically new and fully equipped, really takes traditional overlanding to a 5-star level. Steven was great to communicate with, he also found a way to say ‘yes’ to all requests I had. Thank you, can’t wait for the next rental.
