This RV is giant! So nice having 2 bathrooms. Everything was new and clean and he thought of everything. There were so many supplies and extras that aren’t usually included. Super easy to deal with and great communication. Answered all my texts in minutes! Highly recommend!

don't deal with this guy! promised to deliver treiler / did not follow guidance/broke agreement- should've bought refundable ticket and refused which is caused non delivery/ brought little kid into the desert/ took cash/ left. RV share took his side even though I presented his text msgs I will rent from outdoorsy only

This trailer is amazing and lovely! However, because we were "dry camping" there being no hookups for electricity, water or sewer - we had major issues i.e. battery running down and not being able to keep the refrigerator going (not enough juice to fire the propane operation for cooling) during the day or night. We had to continually run the generator which was extremely loud. The Pinecrest Lake camp ground rules did not allow you to run the generator after 8 pm. For whatever reason the water heater would not start, (Scott was extremely accessible on the phone with us trying to help with all these issues) we had no hot water, we could not get the oven to work, and had to put a new fuse in for several of the battery operated lights to work and in the process found there was no fuse for the heater to work, so we put one in there as well. In the end Scott said that he is going to do some research on making this trailer more usable for dry camping and as it is now he will not be renting it out for dry camping until these issues are resolved. He says that the trailer works perfectly when on full hookups. Which I do not doubt. We also discovered that the fireplace amenity does not work unless the generator is running or if you were hooked up to electricity. The trailer is very beautiful and feels clean and spacious, but unfortunately for our particular use (dry camping) a lot of the amenities didn't work. Once Scott can come up with a bigger battery to hold the charge longer, as to keep the frig operational at least all night etc. We would love to rent it again! If, we have a need for a trailer were there are full hookups we would diffidently love to rent this trailer again!
