Donicka and Arnold were easy to work with. Quick responses to online questions. Friendly and professional in person on pickup day. We had been considering the purchase of a very similar camper van. So glad we rented first. It turned out that it's just too small for two old folks like us. We managed to get by and learned a bit in the process.
Enjoyed the van. The tires looked very questionable and we were told there isn't a spare tire on board. There weren't any chemicals to put in the toilet after we dumped it so we had to purchase those. Also no washer fluid for the windshield..or else it wasn't working. Information was difficult to find when we didn't have any cell service.
This trip went very smooth, excellent communication from start to end. Arnold was very helpful and delivered fast feedback during the trip. We enjoyed the van with its compact dimensions and good features.
This van was outstanding! My wife and I had a wonderful time travelling down the California Coast in this van. What really stood out was the customer service that Arnold provided. It was our first time ever trying a camper van and Arnold took great care to thoroughly explain all the features and van operation to us. The communication was always prompt and professional.
