No smoking or other odor causing activities inside the camper. Cooking fish etc.
Renter is responsible for any additional cost associated to the removal of odors.
Dogs are welcome, limit one. Renter is responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any/all damage done by your pet. Do not leave pets unattended inside the camper or in the dog yard if rented.
