Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Adults only! No guests under 18 and Drivers must be 25 years old.
- RV must be returned with a full gas tank. Refueling charge $ 5.00 per gallon
- Grey & Black water tanks must be returned empty. $250 Biohazard waste fee charged if tanks returned full.
- Return the RV in the same clean condition that you received it (dirty towels and linens are okay). Interior Cleaning fee of $50/hour with a $250 minimum will be charged if RV returned dirty.
- NO Smoking / vaping / use of E-cigarettes inside the RV.
