- Black/Grey water tanks must be emptied before return or a $75 fee will be deducted from deposit
- Awning is allowed to be used we just ask to retract it when there is heavy winds to avoid damage to awning
- No pets allowed inside camper if we find pet hair or damaged furniture due to pets chewing or scratching damages will be deducted from security deposit.
