- Please do not climb the roof ladder or go on the roof. Do not place anything on the RV roof. This may cause severe unseen damage. You will automatically forfeit your deposit plus damages.
- No Smoking and no Vaping
- Follow the renter's guide, return the RV clean and fill the fuel (if a motorhome) and the propane before returning. An additional charge of $300 if RV is not returned clean. $8/ Gal for fuel / propane
- The RV is HIGHER than a normal vehicle. Watch out for trees and low structures. DO NOT go through drive-thus and DO NOT enter any area that has a clearance lower than 12 feet.
- Tolls: Sometimes, it takes months to receive a toll bill. If we receive a toll bill we will charge you the toll bill PLUS a one-time $20 administration fee for your trip.

It was a great experience renting from Tropical RV Adventures. Dan was good at communication and explaining the features and processes related to the RV. He also provided a simple guide for reference and I could reach him or the staff via text message if we ran into any issues. Although I felt like the daily rental fee was fair, I thought the required insurance (maybe an RV Share requirement?
We wouldn’t rent from anyone or anywhere else. Dan and his team are the best. We were first time RV’ers and Dan explained everything in great detail and was very patient with our questions. Dan loves the RV life and it shows. He was there for us through out our trip. There aren’t many people that provide service like this team anymore.
The RV itself is great and the support team are excellent especially for new RVers like us.

This was our third time renting an RV and the most positive by far. The vehicle was clean and in great condition, the owner was very responsive when we had questions and accommodating with the pick-up. Would definitely rent again from Tropical RV.
