Jacob is prompt and detailed when going over the features and RV hitch details.
RV is long but quite easy to maneuver with a 3/4 ton truck.
Overall Jacob is always available for any issues that may arise or steps needed to perform certain functions.
Had a wonderful time out in colorado springs with this RV.. Jacob was wonderful to deal with and was very good with communication... Delivered the rv to my house and gave a full walk threw of everything.. definitely recommend for a rental!
