Nightmare situation. When we picked up the RV, there was some obvious wear and tear in the vehicle: missing and falling down interior panels, murphy bed held up by a rope, malfunctioning tank sensors, malfunctioning alarms on the tablet control and shock absorbers that really need to be checked. We were chill about it because Steve was working with us on mileage.
This is incredibly disturbing and not at all accurate. I rent out 4 RVs and almost all are 5 star reviews. This guest had significant damages to the motorhome. I don’t nickel and dime anyone and she had around $300 in overage mileage she was not charged for.
Steve was great to work with and the RV was exactly what we wanted.
Steve was awesome! He responds very quickly and was very helpful from the first contact all the way through the trip. The RV ran excellent for us! It has plenty of space for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), has a ton of storage and very comfortable chairs up front (we did a lot of driving). We dry camped most nights throughout the 2 weeks and it worked great!
Renting an RV from Steve couldn't have been easier. Fast communication, extremely flexible with timing for pickup/dropoff, and thorough explanation of all the features on the RV. The next time I rent, I'll look for one of Steve's listings first.
What a wonderful host Steve is. From beginning to end he was very responsive and helpful. The RV was a perfect fit and we look forward to our next trip. Beautiful RV and top notch service!
