Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking.
- You must dump the tanks. Failure to do so will incur a $50 deduction from your security deposit. You can dump at most camp sites for about $10-$20.
- Must have fun. :)
- If it rains or there are high winds, you must close the awning.
- Remember to bring your own linens!!
If you need a place to stay just outside of State College, you can stay on the hill. We'll give you the Wi-Fi password and hook you up to the water and electricity. If you want to see some of our educational animals, we can provide an educational tour with a broadwinged hawk, hedgehog, cockatiel, turtles, and a bearded dragon for a donation to the wildlife center. :)
