Had a slight cigarette smell, but not offensive. Very helpful owner!
Horrendous ammonia/urine odor from beginning to end of trip, owner knew about this before the rental. Never used the bathroom once. Tried cleaning ourselves, but nothing would help the smell. Major issues with electrical during the trip. Circuit kept constantly tripping with any electrical use other than 1 a/c unit and fridge running.
Great experience! RV had everything we needed! There was some issues with hookup- which were not the owners fault! Kenny (Erin’s husband) was really gracious and patient waiting on the campsite employees to help. My only complaints was that the Zeb was supposed to be dropped off by 3, and it was almost 4 until he got there.
We REALLY had a good time and was a great first RV Rental experience. Kids enjoyed the camper with the adorable decor. It was spacious with great extras and we felt like it was fully stocked with anything we could need (and then some!).
