The overall rental experience was okay. I would recommend investing in the trailer to repair the pop out functionality and the leveling jacks. The pop out slide barely wanted to work and the front passenger jack got stuck. Just some friendly recommendations.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Trailer must be returned clean inside and out. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee assessment.
- Holding tanks must be returned empty. Failure to do so will result in a $50 dumping surcharge.
- Propane tanks must be returned full. Failure to refill tanks will result in $20 refill fee, plus $3.00 per gallon of propane.
