- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Trailer must be returned clean inside and out. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee assessment.
- Holding tanks must be returned empty. Failure to do so will result in a $50 dumping surcharge.
- Propane tanks must be returned full. Failure to refill tanks will result in $20 refill fee, plus $3.00 per gallon of propane.
