What an amazing experience during NASCAR Championship week in Phoenix!! Karl’s motorhome is spacious and spotless
- was ready to go the moment we picked motor home up. The pickup and return experience could not be simpler - we were on our way in moments. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The two bathrooms were spotless with an abundance of clean, fluffy towels.
Renting an RV from Karl couldn't have been any better. He took time to explain how everything worked and was flexible with our schedule. The motorhome drove like a dream and we had a wonderful trip. The RV was clean, in great working condition and well stocked. A five star rating is barely adequate for the experience we enjoyed.
The owner was great to work with and very responsive to text messages for assistance during the trip. Also, the RV was pretty easy to set up once we got to our camp site each day. However, the RV wasn't as clean as we expected and we struggled to get the water heater and furnace heater to work properly. We definitely got fooled by the photos. The cabinets and drawers were dirty or dusty.
RUN, DO NOT RENT
We recently concluded our rental with Karl’s coach. Karl was very pleasant and responsive to work with, but his coach and our rental experience was extremely disappointing, unsafe, and overall unacceptable from beginning to end.
