My experience with Chad was awesome. He dropped off the RV a little early. He walked me through how to use everything. Was extremely quick to respond when I had questions while using the RV. He picked up the RV at the correct time. Super friendly guy. Will use again

We rented an RV from Chad for a week, and it was an incredible experience! Chad is a fantastic person to rent from—always punctual and extremely responsive, often replying within seconds. The RV itself was a wonderful "house on wheels" for our trip. Everything worked perfectly, and it was spacious and comfortable for our entire group.
CAUTION!! This motorhome has not been maintained in any way shape or form we did without air conditioning for 4 days until we cleaned the vents. The RV smell like sewer the whole time it was so bad I returned it one day early and then was charged for things that I did not break. Had to fly Mom home because of the unhealthy conditions of the motorhome.
Unfortunately you caused significant damage to the RV due to neglect and now writing a review due to being held responsible for the repairs. In terms of other inconveniences, you refused help and was unable to communicate so that I could have helped to find solutions for minor issues that arises.
Chad was amazing from the drop off to the pick up. RV was beautiful inside and out clean and stocked. Strongly recommend this RV.
