- Pets must be pre-approved in writing by Owner. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee or loss of deposit.
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the trailer. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or any other smoking devices or substances. Evidence of such will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
- NO FESTIVALS. This trailer may not be used at music festivals or similar events unless approved in writing by Owner. Evidence of such will result in $500 min fee at Owner’s discretion.
