Comes ready to go. Dishes, Linen Bedding, Pillows. Toilet paper, generator for off the grid, a solar panel with a battery to help maintain the refrigerator ONLY, adding ice to bottom drawer in frig helps a lot.
Second Battery maintains the lights and awning.
You will have 2 propane tanks filled. One is for stove and hot water, the other if for the generator.
