Heather made everything so easy. Great communication. Very comfortable beds. Everything worked beautifully.
I don't have a pick up experience since the trailer was dropped off. I will say Heather was very accomodating during our drip off and pick up times. Very easy to work with and willing to answer all our questions and concerns. We did have issues but it was due to our lack of understanding our own generator.
Heather is great and dropped off the camper for us. Everything was as described and worked very well for our group. Heather was also responsive and easy to communicate with via text if there were any issues. Would rent again.
