If you only read one review, let it be this one. Heather and Mark were phenomenal. The original RV we rented wouldn’t crank on our 2nd day. No fault of the owners, just an issue with the fuel pump that he was able to repair……BUT, instead of putting us back into the RV for the remainder of our trip, they brought us a replacement RV that was even nicer than the original.
The online pictures don't accurately reflect the wear and tear of the upholstery in the vehicle. 168,000+ miles is a lot for an RV. Heather In knew we were a party of 5 people but initially supplied us with linens for 1 bed. There was no cooking utensils for the supplied pots and pans. In addition, it rained 2 of the 3 nights and the roof leaks over the upper bed.
Heather and Mark were great to deal with especially for a first time RV’er. Went over things quickly but thoroughly. Made the experience comfortable and easy. Would and definitely will be renting from again. Thank you!!
