Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely NO smoking
- All tanks (black, gray and fresh water) must be emptied before returning the camper, or renter will be subject to $250 fee. We cannot properly deal with black water at our house 😊
- Maximum of two pets allowed. Must vacuum all pet hair and properly clean up any messes before returning camper. If renter fails to do so, a portion of security deposit may be forfeited.
- If you break something, please just be honest and tell us.
