I will provide you with a full water, fuel, and propane tank and with the black& grey tanks empty. I will also take my time to walk around and through the RV so you understand how everything works.

- NO FISH IN RV, SINKS, or SHOWER. Extra cleaning fee will be assessed if RV is returned smelling like fish.
- CLEANING/ DEEP CLEANING: $150- $250 charge will be assessed if RV is returned unclean or in a condition less than received.
- SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED: $1500+ charge will be assessed if the smell of smoke is detected in the RV.
- ABANDONMENT/RETRIEVAL: $3,000 charge will be assessed if renter abandons RV at any location or any time during rental period and owner must recover RV, or if owner must retrieve the RV for any reason
- WASTE TANKS NOT EMPTIED: $150 charge will be assessed if black and gray tanks are not emptied prior to return. (via your reservation OR per your deposit)

JJ & Jessica were fabulous. We were brand new to RVing, and from the beginning to the end, they put our mind at ease. JJ is super communicative and helpful. The RV is exactly as they said and completely worked for our family of seven (though of course no real space away from your travel mates, so you’d better get along!!).
Renting an RV with JJ was a great idea! He made it easy and fast! We had a great time with our 3 teenagers on our Alaska family 2022 get away! The RV was perfect! Clean, stocked(even when we didn’t expect it to be), great size, and zero problems! Thank you JJ and Jessica for helping make our trip perfect.
The owners are very cooperative and accommodating. Their RV is fantastic. The solar panels allow you to camp off the grid, away from hook ups and still fully run the RV amenities. This is definitely the RV I will rent the nest time we return to camp in Alaska.
