Joel was very accommodating to deal with,.Pickup and return was easy, he had it supplied with many needed extras.
Joel was excellent and the RV experience was great. He picked us up at our arrival location, gave us a short [but comprehensive] tutorial on how the RV systems worked and we are on our way… no muss, no fuss. We camped in Denali for 3 days and explored southern Alaska for the next few days. The RV was amazing; one of the best ways to experience Alaska.
Joel is great! We had very good time in AK! No problem at all!
Joel was great to work with and provided everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pickup and drop-off by Joel at the airport was greatly appreciated. The RV worked great for our vacation of touring Alaska.
Joel was awesome to work with on this trip. Highly recommend and will be booking again with him when coming back.
Joel was awesome with communicating. He answered very quickly whenever I asked about something. He included many items (fishing gear, grill, firewood, lawn chairs,etc) at no extra cost. He was very flexible with dropping us off at the airport earlier than we originally planned.
There were a few things that were broken inside the motor home but it’s not brand new and we still enjoyed it very much.
