Our experience was everything we expected.
We had a fantastic experience with Joel and the Minnie Winnie we rented for our trip to Denali. Joel was great to work with and flexible with our travel plans. Convenient location near the airport was particular helpful. The RV was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great camping experience.
Of all the private RV rentals we have experienced, this was by far the easiest. Joel was super responsive to all of my messages, and very informative. Pickup and Drop-off were both incredibly fast and easy. Joel provides a binder in the RV with all of the information you need, delivered succinctly.
Would highly recommend renting from Joel again. He was answering all of our questions leading up to our trip, the RV came with everything as advertised, i.e. chairs, generator, pots, pans etc.... The camper, communication, set-up, delivery everything was spot on. Thanks Joel!!
Over all we had a great experience with Joel. We did have a problem and lost about a half day. I contacted Joel and he brought the part we needed to get us back on the road. We also contacted rvshare. The 24/7 roadside assistance is a joke. They said they would send out a tow truck but only 2 of the 4 of us could get a ride. The other two would have to wait along side the road.
Joel is a great host. He is very accommodating and flexible. The rv worked great and had everything we needed. I would defineatly rent again from Joel! Highly recommend.
