This was our first RVShare rental and the experience was great! Joel, the owner, was professional, flexible, and knowledgeable. The RV's kitchen and bedroom were fully loaded with everything we needed. The rig was clean and in good repair. Joel picked us up at the airport and then dropped us at the train station. Great guy, great rental experience. We'll rent from him again.
Great rental. We are family of four with two teens and this RV experience was fabulous.
The toilet and shower were really good.
Not a great time of year to explore Alaska as every RV park we came to had shut water off for winter but we met some Stella Alaskan folk along the way who were so happy to help out.
Tremendous communication and organisation from Joel and his mate Drew.
The RVshare fees aside, the rental with Joel was great! He was helpful, communicative, and insgightful. He was on time for airport pick up and gave us the full tour of our unit. Thankfully we have had a camper before, so the refresher went smoothly. We were supplied with all we need, and when asked for extra blankets, they were provided. He also let us use his fishing poles!
We had a great time with Joel's RV, he communicated well & the pick up & drop off was much appreciated as was the fact everything was included, eg: bedding, chairs, kilometres, towels. Which makes for an easy trip.
Some work needed on our Rv but he was advised & apparently is onto it.
We Would rent Joel's vehicles again one day hopefully.
Overall this was a great first time RV rental experience for us. Joel did a great job explaining how to use the RV. He met with us over the phone even before we rented to help us decide if this was a fit for us. He always answered our questions in a timely manner. I would 100% trust him if there had been an issue to resolve it quickly.
