We had a really wonderful experience. Joel was easy to communicate and very helpful with everything. It was our first time renting RV and we had a blast, thanks to all the instructions given to us before hand. 100% recommended.
Very helpful and accommodating. Quickly responds to communication questions. The only thing I needed was a 110v to 220v conversion plug which we did not have. This is a rare request. Otherwise, Joel and Drew were ever friendly and addressed anything we needed. Thanks. Enjoyed!
Joel was easy to work with and the whole experience was great.
Joel is GREAT!!! As an avid RV family (20 + years in a Class A Motorhome) we know that things can get sideways very quickly on the road in a coach. Joel was very upfront with us about anything that was not perfect and was very understanding about things upon our return. He is VERY communicative and kind.
Would have missed Mt. McKinley without the RV. Drove by and it was clouded over but on the return trip we went thru Delta Junction and decided to pull off and camp in a overlook and sure enough in the morning we woke up to a beautiful mountain.
Great service, rv did have a few issues that were out of the control of Joel but he handled them professionally.
