Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Tanks must be emptied upon return to avoid a $300 charge Trailer contents that are broken or Lost will incur additional charges No smoking
- The use of RV toilet paper (provided) is required to avoid a $500 charge for tank drops Or a $300 charge for tank flushing.
- Return rv in a clean and tidy condition- cleaning products/ tools are provided to help ensure this happens- A $200 cleaning fee will be added for anything beyond our regular sanitation practices
Dry campers- a generator is needed and is available for additional charges
Black and gray tanks must be emptied prior to return to avoid additional charges.
