- You must agree to and sign our Supplemental Rental Agreement prior to departure.
- Pets allowed, maximum of 3, with pet fee paid for each.
- If you will be towing, you must let us know prior to booking the rental.
- Each rental requires a one-time cleaning fee as listed.
Anyone who is booking for a weekend music festival (ie. Coachella, Stagecoach, EDC) or a sporting event like NASCAR, upgraded rates, larger security deposit and other fees will apply. Please contact me to discuss prior to booking.
