Daniel is a great host. Everything worked as expected pick up was no problem drop was no problem. He did a great job at explaining all the details of the trailer. Looking forward to renting again. outside grill made life easy.
would not recommend this RV rental service based on my experience. After returning the RV, I was informed that $300 of my $600 security deposit was being withheld for alleged scratches on a countertop.
What was especially frustrating is that before leaving, I asked Daniel if we could do a walk-around, and I was told everything looked good. I was not informed of any damage at that time.
I’m genuinely disappointed by this review. Our trailer is consistently maintained in immaculate condition, which is reflected in the 22 other five-star reviews from previous renters.
The countertop damage was not “alleged.” As acknowledged in her review, a knife was used directly on the fixed countertop to cut a steak, leaving multiple permanent cuts and gouges.
Highly recommend the trailer and the owner. The four bunk beds were perfect for my four grandkids. The trailer has all the amenities that you could ask for. Owner was very accommodating and communication was very prompt and professional.
Daniel has always been a great host. His travel trailer is always clean. I really appreciate the drop off and pick up service he provided. Would definitely recommend his service to all my friends. Thanks Daniel.
