Would definitely rent from RV Share again. Easy to talk to everyone from beginning to end. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.
Staff was friendly and pick up & drop off was easy . Never rented an RV before so maybe this is what to be expected but RV needed some TLC .
Fridge had spoiled milk in it or some sort of spilled substances in it
Kitchen cabinets taped together and hard to open and close
Kitchen counter water damage
Shades falling off and seemed like they melted ??!?

This was my first time renting with Westland. Overall, it was kind of a mixed bag, but I think it is worth sharing my experience to give others a heads up.
Other Notes:
- Listing noted that the unit can sleep 6. However, I believe the dining table that converts to a bed can only accommodate 1 adult. In reality, this unit sleeps only 5 adults. Maybe 6 if children are involved.
Vehicle not maintained well. Hidden problems like loose rearview mirrors, faulty valves. Lack of acknowledgement of concerns snd unwillingness to make appropriate reparations
Thank you for the review, Aneesh. You wanted a ridiculous amount of a discount when you got back because of a loose rearview mirror. We offered you a night off on a four night rental and we gave it to you but you wanted a free trip. Not fair. Take care.
Overall great experience from start to finish. Easy to use everything and clear instructions for pick up and drop off! Everything went smoothly thank you to Cynthia and Westland! Would recommend and use again 👍
