The host was incredibly friendly and informative. He kept in constant communication, which we really appreciated throughout the entire process. We rented the RV for EDC, and it was a magical experience—made even better by how genuinely excited the host was for us. Highly recommend!
Very clean and well equipped motorhome. Easy to use everything worked well. Solars were helpful we didn’t have to use generator at all. Communication was really good, quick responses. Hanqing was really nice and offered flexible time for pick up and return. Thank you
Renter was very accommodating for arrival/drop off time. Responded quickly to emails, but I believe there was a language barrier for us. We had issues with the solar not working and the generator would not start up. You would have to keep turning it on and it would shut off within 5-10 minutes. We were able to get the generator to stay on after about the 10th time.
Sorry for the language barrier,the generator now works with no problem after the routine maintenance,and the rv never geting water damage inside before,I do apologize for the apologize for the inconvenience.thank you again for booking with us
