Great experience but some damage to the RV that weren’t aware of until pickup. However, Sergio and Cynthia were great and made the experience super easy! Overall, we would use RVShare and Westland rentals again.
Dealt with Cynthia for this rental, she was very responsive and thoroughly answered all my questions throughout the rental period. RV was as described, would rent again.
It was my first RV trip, and I worried much before meeting Westland Campers. They sent a handy video showing how to use the RV, and they also gave me some instructions when I picked up the RV. So, if you are hesitating to rent an RV, contact them and ask what you are worrying about.
