Review:

Great RV, we had some unforseen mechanical problems that the owners could not have anticipated, but we were still able to complete our trip and the extra money spent to deal with the problem was compensated by the renters. Overall, they worked with us and were very quick to answer any phone calls or questions during our trip.

The 1999 American Tradition was a memorable experience for my family. The two large couches and table seating area is ample room for 8 people. The vehicle is easy to drive and John is very helpful with any questions/concerns throughout our trip. I would definitely rent again from John!

Traveling to Pennsylvania with two toddlers and a newborn was a breeze with this RV! Adam was great with communication and going over the rental contract with us. He was also very patient and understanding as we unloaded with two cranky toddlers and a nursing baby! The RV itself was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed; we didn't have to pack as much as we did! I would definitely rent this RV again!

They and the RV were great. I did a road trip with a few guys to Iowa and he went over everything in great detail during the pick-up. It was my first time renting an RV and he made sure that we knew everything we needed. I would definitely recommend using them and the equipment itself.

Bad Experience when picking up and dropping off the trailer. The owner Catalin who's pretty picky about everything and trade me as an idiot. He let me to do all the maintenance work to his trailer. During the thanksgiving trip, he call me and text me many times during the trip gives me the order that I “must” buy the antifreeze liquid during my holiday, and I did that for him with no complains that is because I thought to help him. While returning the trailer, first he spent a lot of time to use my track to pull his trailer back and force to do his winterization work, it's not part of my duty to do that; The most crazy thing is he inspected the trailer in any piece of the trailer even the seat cushion of his sofa, he traded me with absolutely no trust and no respectful, finally he find a problem, he said I made some dirt on his carpet... and force me to pay the CLEANING COST. I have the photos before I left, and anyone can see if I did the cleaning or not. He just wants people to use the trailer and find any spot that could be a problem and charge the extra damage and cleaning. I was pretty angry at that time, and at that time I already spent one and half hour to returning the trailer in front of his door, so I told him this is a bad experience I will give you a negative on RVsite website, then I just left.. However, the owner even calls the website and CLAIMED ME WITH A FALSE ACCUSATION THAT I THREAD HIM…. Totally bad experience, if the owner wants the trailer exactly like brand new, why rent it to someone else? Highly suggest to avoid the owner like Catalin to bring yourself a lot of unnecessary trouble.

This was a fantastic first RVing experience for our family of four. We had never towed or camped with an RV before and it was easy and fun. Mike was great at explaining all the steps and he had a 5 page document he sent us that my wife and I used to walk through setup and takedown without any issues. The camper saved our Starved Rock weekend, which was cold and rainy, as it gave us a warm place to hangout and sleep, but also a warm/dry place to cook, use the restroom, and watch an animated movie. We are already planning to rent again next spring. Thanks Mike!

Aneta was very easy to work with and very accomodating. The RV is in great shape, clean and very spacious. I had never rented an A class before and was worried about driving it. It was very easy to handle on the highways and we had no problems. I took the RV for a football weekend and would do it again! Great experience.

This RV is clean, well maintained and comfy. We took it for a weekend rental to Warren Dunes State Park in Michigan. The RV was easy to park in the spot because it has a nice rear view camera. All of the mechanical systems worked from rolling out the shade over the door to the fresh, gray and black tanks in perfect working order. We had an electric hook up but no water hook up and there was no problem doing dishes or using the commode or washing up in the bathroom. We needed to turn on the heat later in the day on Saturday as it had rained all day and the weather was feeling cold and damp. Everything worked perfect and we would definitely rent this RV again.

The whole experience was great! Mike gave us so much training before we left, let us use some of his things to make it easier and helped my husband ground the connector. Being first time campers, he and Anne-Michele gave me lots of info about some places they've camped and liked. I would recommend this trailer for both the trailer itself but the great experience we had due to all the helpful info we had!
