RVShare and Dave were great to work with. The trailer was very clean and well stocked. Dave was awesome at explaining all about the trailer. I found the checklist he gave us for making sure that everything was correct before we left the campground most helpful!

Review:

My First rental with RV SHARE. Hever was Great. He was Very personable. If he gets a newer camper I would be more than happy to rent from him again. The Camper itself, however, needed some work. During the walk through and setup instructions, I took a few pictures of minor damage where someone had pulled the liner way from a slide out. It was also missing a side access panel where the 110 and 12V power switches were so they were exposed. 2 days before the rental he let me know the 12v inverter was out so no lights and no furnace. The 110V power worked so I had to buy a light and bring a space heater. Inside was fairly clean and had the slight smell of cleaning supplies, so I know it was cleaned out. I have allergies so a clean camper is VERY IMORTANT. The fridge worked and was clean as well .. I did not use the interior stove or sink so cannot comment on that. It also had an awning I did not use. I did have to pull over once because a storage door which I know I shut swung open on the drivers side. Again, Hever was great and communicated setup well. The Camper is aging and needs some repairs. It was clean though and you could see he has repaired holes in the screens (no Mosquitoes). I hope the power issues and door are resolved for the next renter.

This RV was the perfect solution for my trip from TX to Illinois to run a very long race at Sand Ridge State Park in Manito. Though probably much bigger than the two of us needed, it was sparkling clean, has easy-to-learn features, and very simple to drive. Rhonda and Charlie are extremely nice people who taught us all we needed to know and more. With windows open, September weather in Illinois afforded perfect boondocking weather. Great memories were made and I’m thankful for this rental!

Our family had a great time in the RV. We had it set up in my sister's yard during a family Labor Day weekend. The kids had so much fun camping out. They loved the bunk beds! The adults had comfortable beds too. All of us enjoyed the RV.

Don't stress. They will go over everything anf understand it might be your first. Always was able to contact them with any questions. Flexible on pick up and drop off and last minute options you will need. Gas was not bad. They were pretty much accurate on how much you would use. After the walk around and explanation on things, we did not have to call them any. You can tell they enjoy people having a great experience. Dont sweat if you will have enough water or gas for generator. Was able to sleep 2 teens and a 5 yr old and me n the gf. All they ask is if delay or situation arrises call them. They will work with you and more. Made it easier than renting a dvd.

2004 Coachmen Aurora
$199
Review:

We had a wonderful week-long vacation in the Coachmen Aurora. Joi and her husband, Joseph, were very easy to communicate with and usually responded quickly. The RV met most of our camping and travel needs. Check out and check in were very easy. We did encounter some maintenance issues that did impact our trip, however, but we were able to work around the issues that arose. As experienced campers and owning our own towed camping equipment, we understand the challenges of camping equipment maintenance and have the necessary skills and experience to deal with all of the systems on a camper. We provided the following feedback to Joi and Joseph, who were very eager to hear how the camper performed. They reported they had had extensive work done on some of the elements we reported on prior to our rental so they were going to take the camper back into the shop with our feedback. The leveling jacks did not function, however, we were able to use stacked boards to improvise ramps to reasonably level the RV when needed. However we were never able to stabilize the camper properly without the leveling jacks working, which is important when using the slide out. We recommended that they get this system repaired. The coach batteries did not function, but we were able to start the generator to power the motorized steps whenever we had to stop while on the road and needed the steps. Joseph reported that the batteries were replaced recently so they will revert to their maintenance shop. The in-dash AC was not working, but the weather was cool. Joi said the repairman had the part but wasn’t able to get the camper in to the shop before our rental to get the AC fixed. The black water tank seemingly had only a small portion of its actual capacity available along with the level indicator malfunctioning. This condition required more frequent tank dumps and additional maintenance help from staff at one of the campgrounds to get the tank cleaned enough so that the toilet would function properly. We recommended that they get the tank further serviced. On check out, Joi reported that the camper had been in the shop to repair the slide out mechanism and wanted to hear from us if we had any trouble with it on our trip. At our first campground we did determine that the slide out remains mechanically compromised such that when fully extended the slide jams and will not retract. We had four full-sized adults using the RV, and in order to use the sofa-bed to sleep two of the adults, we needed the slide out space to fold out the sofa-bed. Once we examined the mechanism and understood the cause/location of the malfunction, we were able to finally retract the slide and determine that if we extended the slide just far enough to allow us to fold out the sofa-bed, we could reliably operate the slide without it jamming (about 6 inches from full extension). We recommend getting the heater fixed - Joi reported that it had been disconnected - and we didn’t need it. However, we have had previous camping experiences in cold weather where a heater would have been needed. We also recommend getting the rear view camera fixed. Joi reported that it functioned intermittently. Driving a vehicle that size is more difficult without being able to see what’s behind the rear. Aside from these issues, the RV performed very well for us. The beds were comfortable, the shower and bathroom came in very handy, the roof-top AC units and the refrigerator worked fine. The outdoor canopy was delightful in the evenings. We had some difficulty driving in strong cross-winds but that is to be expected on a camper of that size. Joi and Joseph expressed appreciation for our feedback as they want their renters to have a delightful camping experience. They offered compensation for our extra expense due to the mechanical and maintenance issues we experienced with the camper. We appreciate their sincere concern for our vacation enjoyment. This is our second Class A rental, and we are hooked on renting until one day we can purchase our own!

This was our first RV rental experience, and it was AMAZING!! We were intimidated by the process of pulling an RV, so we looked for a rental that would deliver. It was worth EVERY penny. A stunning RV, completely loaded with everything we could possibly need. In fact we camped with two other families, and found some of the utensils in our RV to be the lifesaver of camp meals! haha Laura has the RV decorated so perfectly which really sold me on this rental....it was like stepping into our own RV! SO pretty...you can tell she really took the time to make it special for their renters. Chris walked me through everything and helped me be comfortable with the ins and outs of how it all works. Their communication was kind and so quick! Every question I had was answered promptly. We can't say enough about Chris and Laura and this amazing RV. You'll LOVE it!

We had a wonderful time on our first ever RV trip. It was a pleasure to work with Satya, he was a professional, knowledgeable and patient with our first time questions. Highly recommended rental. Would I do this again - you bet! RV drives like a small moving van so was easy to fit into spaces the longer RVs can not go or have a hard time navigating. The backup camera came in super handy and the on-board GPS kept us honest as to bridge heights and best paths to travel. We are mostly tent campers so it was quite nice to wake up and be able to go to our next location instead of wet tent tear down and repacking everything each move. Hot water with out starting a fire and dishes in a sink instead of a bucket.. What is this?!? And the advantage of campfire cooking when wanted, so is truly the best of both worlds. RVShare was helpful with questions about insurance and since all the contracts are pre-built it took the fear out of what happens if... It didn't in our case but one never knows. Check-lists brought up questions we didn't think about and set expectations on what we needed to do to return the RV. The RV was a good size for our family of 4 people (3 adults and 1 teenager). Inside table set up and take down was easy when we wanted more walking room and set up as the bed at night. With the horse shoe set-up, it was very convenient. We did not plan on using the shower as we were at campsites where we had access to showers, but it did come in handy for storage space for the extra inside type items. The under storage space was bigger than expected, but I was glad I got a 4x2 white folding table for outside use as it fit perfectly with everything else. Light in the storage area was a bonus. The unit was very clean on pick-up and was ready for move in. Bed over the cab was perfect for the teenager. Had curtains so she could hide away from parental units when wanted. We traveled over 1200 miles on our trip to and from a large family reunion. Best part was that other family members now want to try Rv'ing.

We loved this travel trailer! It was in great condition. My favorite area was the comfortable seating area and the kitchenette had plenty of open space for meal prep. I especially loved all of the storage space inside. We needed an additional power source, and the owners were so helpful with assisting us at our far location with promptness. Overall a great experience!
