Sophie and Mario have a beautiful, clean and modern RV. They are straight forward and by the book, my fiance and I enjoyed renting from them. They both went out of their way to ensure our trip was successful. Should we ever need and RV again we would not hesitate booking with them. We loved the shower and bathroom set up as it was very roomy. Ample storage space, 3 tv's (one outside), awning with built in LED lighting was handy in the evening hours.

Review:

Great Communication with Sharon. The Four Winds is a great RV, that is easy to handle and had all the amenities of home. Sharon took time to give us a tutorial on 'How to' and we did not feel it was too complicated for our first time RV rental. The awning, lights, TV and outdoor bar is a perfect set-up for tailgate entertaining!

Review:

This RV is great! My family enjoyed this motor coach for a 3 day camping trip to Indiana Dunes State Park and tailgating. The modern features spoiled us and having the external TV definitely added a bonus for all of us. Driving was fun and easy and loved the side cameras for near lane changes and awareness. We look forward in doing this again. Thanks again.

Review:

Great travel trailer! Great space for family time together with lots of room for spending time together and sleeping. Outdoor kitchen was an awesome extra that we used quite a bit. Even cooked breakfast outside. Michael was awesome to deal with- Quick responses to questions and was great throughout the process. Highly recommend!!! RVShare has a few site glitches and some random listings that no one responds to, but I know they are working to resolve them. Would still highly recommend to anyone looking to rent an RV.

The RV was great! It drove wonderful and was easy to operate. Eric and Michelle did a great job walking us through all of the details of each system before departure. We ran in to a couple of hiccups after we left and Eric and Michelle were on it and walked us through troubleshooting. Upon arrival a large storm was upon us and they recommended we find a truck stop and wait it out even though it was late and we were checking in at night. I would recommend anyone in the St. Louis Metro area who is looking for a rental RV to contact them! I definitely will!

2004 Coachmen Aurora

Review:

The troubles began even before our vacation started. We received an email less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time telling us that the RV had been damaged. We were later told that the forward air compressor had been demolished. It was too late at that point to reserve a different motor coach and said we would accept it without the front compressor working. When we arrived to pick up the RV we are also informed that the side awning was removed. This is very unfortunate and we were really counting on using the awning during our trip. During the walk-through introduction, we were informed of the allowable mileage, generator hours, and a $50 charge if we did not empty the tanks. The same price the owner said, "he would be charged when he goes to empty them". After getting on the road and traveling about 100 miles we had to get off for gas. The motor coach had a little less than a quarter tank and we couldn't get much farther. After pulling off and filling up, the motor coach would not start. The battery appeared to be dead so we called the owner. He said we could start the coach using the auxiliary batteries. The auxiliary batteries were also dead and we had to start the generator for the first time and run it for approximately 20 minutes to charge the auxiliary batteries. After charging the auxiliary batteries we were able to start the motor coach and proceed. We arrived at our first destination with no further incidents and proceeded to hook up at our full-service Campground. We had water, 50 amp service and sewer. As I proceeded to hook up the sewer and open the valves, water drained from the tanks for 3 minutes. Again, we were told that if the tanks were brought back without being emptied the renters would get charged $50 because that's what it cost him to empty the tanks. These tanks were obviously nowhere near empty and my guess is the previous renters were charged $50. We also hauled these tanks of waste hundreds of miles paying the extra fuel cost. The rest of the vacation proceeded without much incident except we were only able to start the motor coach off the primary battery two more times during our whole trip. Every other time we had to use the auxiliary battery. We also greatly missed not having an awning the first couple of days with 90-plus degree temperatures. All of our campsites had 50amp service and we only ran the generator while traveling between locations. I would estimate the generator ran for no more than 10 hours total. Our entire trip home the weather was mild and we only ran the roof vents. Also, at our last location, we dumped the tanks before proceeding home. Upon arriving for the return of the RV we were informed that there was 122 hours of generator usage. Unfortunately, I did not check the initial reading, trusting that the owners recorded it correctly. A simple reasonability check would indicate that 122 hours of usage for a160 hour trip, especially when all campground sites had 50 amp service, is unreasonable. We told the owners that we only ran the generator while traveling between locations the first couple of days. We also inform them that we emptied the tanks before departing our final Campground. It was a surprise to us not only that the generator usage said 122 hours but also to find out later that we are being charged $50 for not emptying the tanks. We were prepared for mileage overages but we were very careful not to run the generator and make sure we emptied the tanks. Overall, I was very unhappy with the state of the motor coach, the owners handling of our discrepancies, and the lack of reviews on RVshare. I would guess we are not the first people to have encountered problems with these owners and this motor coach.
