How to Get to
Woodford State Fish and Wildlife Area

You can get to Woodford State Fish and Wildlife Area via I-80 or I-74. If you are traveling from the north on I-80, you should take I-39 south and drive 25 miles to State Route 17. Once you get on this route, you will need to drive west for 20 miles to Lacon. This is where you will switch to State Route 26 and head south for another 10 miles. You should see the entrance to the park on the right side of the road.

If you are traveling from the south on I-74, you will need to stop at East Peoria and get on State Route 116. You will need to head north for five miles and get on State Route 26. Drive north for another 15 miles, and you should see the wildlife area's entrance on your left side.
