It has an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and large canopy to shade you from the sun on the hot days. There is a 38 gallon water hold tank to get you through them days where water hookups aren't available.

When I am not watching races, my wife, 2 kids, and myself enjoy traveling to different campgrounds around the Midwest while creating memorable experiences for the family.

- Do not wear your shoes inside the camper.
- Sweep the floor and pick up every item before you bring the slide out in. If you are not connected to 30 amp electricity you are not allowed to run the air conditioner.
- Clean trailer before bringing back. There is cleaning supplies stocked to sweep and mop the floor, do the dishes, and wipe down all surfaces. There will be an extra cleaning charge if it’s dirty.
- Bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and soap. There will not be any provided. Dump all grey and black tanks before returning. If not, there will be an extra fee.

We had a great time camping this weekend. Matt was very easy to work with and had great communication with us throughout the booking and rental period. He delivered the camper, set it up, and then hauled it away at the end of the weekend. He even helped us with a jump start when our car had a dead battery on Sunday morning.

We needed extra sleeping space for our huge Thanksgiving holiday and this was the perfect solution for the overflow. Very clean and comfortable and Matt was super kind, responsive and dependable. He delivered it to us on time and picked it up as planned. We will rent from him again!! We have a big property with a nice home and it fit in perfectly. Highly recommend!
