Everything was as expected, clean and functional. Joan was easy to communicate with and the trip went well!
For the amount that we spent to rent this Motorhome we were expecting things to be in tiptop shape!! It was not very clean ( we returned it a lot cleaner then when we picked it up!) For the amount we paid we should’ve been able to return it without cleaning it first! We were not able to use the shower cause we couldn’t get water out of the hot water faucet.
Joan’s RV was very comfortable for our family of 4. Her explanation of using the RV was very helpful to us first timers. We were glad to have the air conditioning during our trip this summer. The queen bed was very comfortable. Everything worked great!!
