I had a confirmed reservation with this owner, and my family had already arrived in Denver one day before the trip.
The owner responded politely to my message, asking for the pickup address and mentioning nothing about any vehicle issue.
However, just a few hours later, I suddenly received a cancellation notice from RVShare stating that the trip was canceled due to “vehicle damage.
Again, we apologize for this issue. The RV is rented out on a daily basis. The damage to the vehicle was not seen until the vehicle was returned and unfortunately the damage was too significant to be rented out. We communicate with our renters throughout the whole process. We are always honest with our renters. We have no reason to ruin anyone’s family trip.
Ciara is so wonderful and accommodating! This was our first RV rental, and we had a blast. We took the RV camping in Medicine Bow National Forest, and the camper was stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the comfy chairs, extra tables, and easy WIFI. We can’t wait to rent from Ciara again.
This was a great RV Share experience! The price was fair, the communication was excellent, and the RV was clean with basic supplies included. We would definitely rent again.
Livia and her daughter Ciara are so nice and helpful. We rented their RV for a roadtrip from
Denver to Black Canyon of the Gunnison to Great Sand Dunes via The Million Dollar Highway to Salida to Manitou Springs and back to Denver. We really thought the value was exceptional as this was cheaper than a rental car and hotels / AirBnBs.
Livia was a great host and provided excellent, friendly customer service. The RV was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It also had solar which was valuable and we got great gas mileage on our trip. The bed was very comfortable and the towels and bedding were soft and smelled nice. The slide out made the space feel very roomy.
