- We allow small dogs/pets (up to 10lbs) for an additional $150 per pet. This must be agreed upon in advance.
- Use of the awning requires advanced, additional acknowledgment of terms and conditions. We strongly discourage using the awning as it is very, easily damaged. The awning is not covered by insurance.
- Renters are required to dump the sewage, refill propane, gas, and water, and rinse the tanks before returning unless you have purchased the full-service package for $400.

Ken was 100% on top of everything. We picked up and were on the road in no time. The RV was in great condition and included a ton of equipment you usually pay extra for. Like Cornhole, grill, chairs, full kitchen, bathroom, bedding and more.
It was the perfect experience. Just wish the cost was lower, the insurance can add up.

Good unit in great shape. Well maintained. Ken is a terrific host and he made pickup and drop off very easy for me. I am NOT an experienced RV person, and this was a very easy unit to manage. Ken had it well stocked with all the necessities. The refrigerator and freezer are larger than I would have expected. Air conditioning was very effective. Bed was comfortable. Drove beautifully.
RV was in good shape and completely stocked except for coffee filters.
