2022 Keystone RV - Springdale Mini 1760BH
Hello friends, a little about me. I’m a retired navy vet and a wood wood worker. I thought I would be using my camper much more, but time hasnt allowed for it. So I’m renting out my baby to y’all. Please treat her well, I would very much appreciate it. This camper is new and has only been used a handful of time. It’s very clean, easy to haul and very cozy.

Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Proof of valid driver’s license and insure need to be presented at time of pick up. Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a trailer brake controller.
- No smoking in the camper is permitted what so ever. A $75 cleaning fee will be added for burns, cigarette smell or smell of weed. Smell transfer from clothes to linens is ok, those can be washed out.
- Please use the provided outdoor two burner cook top while camping. The inside burners are not to be used unless the weather outside will not permit the use of the outdoor cook top.
- If you use the toilet in the camper, shower, sinks, please dump all black and grey water before returning. A $75 fee will be charged from your deposit if not dumped. Most campgrounds charge $10.
- Please clean up after yourself. It doesn’t have to be spotless, that’s my responsibility. Cleaning supplies are provided for excessive messes. Please put all used lines on the main bed upon return.

Great RV, great communication. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Don was very helpful with hook up, disconnect and showing RV amenities and functions.

Donald made sure to show us how to setup the hitch and made sure we understood how to do it by ourselves. He showed all the options of the trailer and how to check tank levels and turn on heat. He supplied additional items needed for camping.
