We had an amazing experience renting Richard's RV! From the very beginning, Richard was incredibly helpful and communicative, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. The motorhome itself was in a very good condition—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic road trip.

We were charged $250 for cleaning which seems incredibly high given we pay professional cleaners less than that to clean our entire house. This charge was also not transparent during the rental process.
We were also accused of damage to the vehicle that we did not create, and that was there from the beginning.
I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the $250 fee. The original cost did not include a cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the RV was returned with tortilla chips in between and under the beds, mud, rocks and gum stuck on the floor by the refrigerator.
We have done estimates for cleaning and a commercial cleaner it costs $250.
We loved renting Richard's RV. It was our first family experience of the RV living and we had a great time. The handover with explanations was great and we left feeling well briefed. The instruction manual really helped refresh the set-up procedure which after one run through we found very straightforward. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the RV were very good.

We recently rented Richard's RV for a month-long trip around the West with our family of six, and it was an incredible experience! The RV was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals on the road, and the bathroom was clean and functional.
