- At pick up or delivery we will provide a walkthrough and demonstration of equipment. We want you to feel comfortable and secure with the unit. At this time we also require the Signing of a Supplement
- Our pet policy is limited to dogs only.
- The camper must be returned in tidy condition (trash removed, surfaces wiped with provided cleaning supplies), or a cleaning fee will be applied. Please take all the trash with you.
- Regularly empty gray (shower & sinks) and black (toilet) tanks if not at a full hookup site to prevent backups.
- IMPORTANT: Close ceiling vents and windows when absent and hauling to prevent water damage. IMPORTANT: Retract the awning in windy conditions (as little as 10mph can cause damage) - if your hair is b
