Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 27
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please return RV clean/tidy. The cassette toilet must be emptied before return to avoid a $150 fee & gas tank must be filled up when returned to avoid fuel fee of $125
- Return by 11:00 am to avoid a fee of $50 past each hour after
- No smoking or pets (allergies)
- Coach is a 2-wheel drive for basic road driving and will not make clearance through drive-throughs of any kind.
- **December-March water usage will be unavailable due to the freezing temperatures.
